Cancellation
At BBlonde Salon, we understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you kindly adhere to our cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot.
Within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-Day Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations, reschedules or failing to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Late Arrivals:
Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be modified to fit the remaining time allocated for your appointment. Depending on the timing, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day to ensure that we can provide the full-service experience.
